Here are a few things you can do to celebrate the Luck of the Irish!
1) Avalon Roof Top Terrace. Stop by in between your lunch and dinner plans for Live Music with Clyde of the Milltailers (solo), games, FREE whiskey and beer tasting, $2 Leprechaun Shots, Drink Specials and MORE! Doors will open at 11am and whiskey and beer tasting will be from Noon to 3pm. Make sure to swing by for this FREE event!
The Goat and Clover Tavern, 336 Main St., Unit 104. On St. Patrick’s Day, Thursday, March 17, green beer will sold until it’s gone. There will be drink specials and corned beef and cabbage on the menu.
2) Warehouse 25Sixty-Five, 6:30-9 2565 American Way. GLENFINNAN HIGHLANDERS PIPE BAND
3) Monumental Beer Works, 2575 U.S. Highway 6&50, will include the release of a barrel-aged Irish Cream Stout. The food truck Little Pink Truck will be at the brewery with an Irish menu and the Glenfinnan Highlanders Pipe Band will play at 6 p.m.
4) St. Paddy’s Party at The Ale House will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day from 11 am to 11 pm with corned beef and cabbage, three different Irish stout beers, and of course, Jameson shots.
5) The Rockslide Brewery, located at 401 Main Street in Grand Junction will also be hosting an all-day St. Patrick’s Day party, complete with authentic Irish food, drinks, and music.
6) The Twisted Turtle in downtown Grand Junction will be hosting a St. Patrick’s Day party from 4 pm until closing with green beer, green jello shots, and Irish Car Bombs. The event is 21 and up, with a $5 cover.
7) DoubleTree will be celebrating with food and drink specials, including Irish fare such as corned beef and cabbage with red potatoes, Guinness fish and chips, Irish stew, and of course, green beer.
